In the case of price decreases, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the price difference. Please be careful when placing orders.
Money will only be refunded if you return the product to us within 8 days of receipt. Only products in their original condition and in their original packaging are eligible for reimbursement. This refund scheme applies if you have changed your mind or if it appears that the knowledge to use the product is lacking. The customer is responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the returned goods.
If you have received incorrect or damaged products or if any products are missing, PRESCRIPTION must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Should you have received product(s) that you had not ordered, please leave the sealed packaging intact. An unwanted product that is nevertheless used, is considered as a product that has been accepted by the customer. The tapped product can no longer be returned or exchanged.
PRESCRIPTION retains ownership of goods shipped in error.
